Easter and Holy Week at Trinity

Please join us for our Easter and Holy Week celebrations at Trinity Anglican Church, 1230 Bank Street in Ottawa. Our service schedule is:

Palm Sunday, March 29: 10am & 4pm

Maundy Thursday April 2: 7.30pm

Good Friday April 3: 11am

Easter Sunday April 5: 10am & 4pm

Holy Week is the most important week of our Christian year. On Palm Sunday we will wave palm branches, process around the church and reflect on the passion narrative in word and song. Maundy Thursday remembers the Last Supper and Jesus call for us to love one another, with Holy Communion and the stripping of the altar as darkness descends. On Good Friday, we meditate on the cross. And on Easter Sunday, we proclaim the resurrection, with a special Trinity 150th anniversary Easter celebration, Holy Communion and Baptism.
