THE OPEN TABLE
The second Sunday of each month, from October to December and February to April, Trinity hosts The Open Table. University students gather for a common meal, often followed by an optional discussion or activity. Doors open at 5:30pm. Meal begins at 6:00pm. The Open Table is supported by the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa, the Eastern Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Presbyterian Church in Canada and the Ottawa Presbytery of the United Church.
YOUNG ADULT STUDY GROUP
This spring, we started a young adult group that meets every Wednesday evening from 7-9. It is a relatively self-directed group, facilitated by Kiersten Jensen, the director of child and young family ministries. We are a group of young adults who like to hang out and explore our relationships to faith, God, and the world. Right now we are following the study Exploring Faith Questions.
For more info, check out the Facebook event or talk to Kiersten at 613-733-7536, firstname.lastname@example.org.
THE CARLETON ECUMENICAL CHAPLAINCY
Telephone (613) 520-4449
The Chaplaincy builds bridges between individuals and groups of people who come from diverse backgrounds but share a common concern that community, spirituality and ethical values be part of the Carleton experience.
Trinity Anglican Church has support the work of the Carleton Ecumenical Chaplaincy for many years. Our priest, the Rev. Arran Thorpe is on call for the Chaplaincy Centre.
